AS CEMENT PRODUCTS

AS CEMENT’s clinker is being produced from high quality mar, natural ironore and bauxite which makes our clinkers grindibility and chemical structure much more better than our competitors.

Chemical analysises of clinker are being done with On-Line Gamma-Ray Analysers which are acceppted as one of the most technological way around the world to analyse product continuously.

The most economic clinker of our country is being produced in our rotary kilns with the technique of PASEL system (ParalellGas-Serial Product).

The cement type CEM I 52,5 R, which has the highest compressive strenght in European Standards, can be easily produced from AS Cement clinker. Besides CEM II and CEM IV type of cements allows us much more replacement of addmixtures because of their structural attributes.

Our quaility control labarotory which is founded to supply continuity of quality and making costumer satisfaction maximum from product quality, has enough equipment and staff to provide all needed tests and processes about quaility of our products.

One of the most important pointer for our quaility continuity is the standart deviation on LSF of our clinker is around %1 in the year of 2008.

Also its very important again about our quality status that we have not any complaints for our domestic or export sales of clinker in last year.

The high quality of our clinker, many technological modernities and advantages makes our cements, branded as ASCEMENT, one of the most requested product in the market.

AS CEMENT has the ability of producing the most economic and quality cement in high quantities with its Vertical Cement Mill which is the biggest mill of Turkiye.

Our EN 197–1:2000 CEM I 42,R type cement has averaqely 55N/mm2 compressive strength after 28 days and its higher than the values of Standarts foresees. Also the 28 days strengths standart deviation is about 1,5 and this shows our quality continuity again.

The 2 days strengths of the same cement is about 28 N/mm2 which is very close to the highest type 52,5 R.

EN 197–1:2000 CEM II (A-M) P-L 42,5 type is specially designed for the costumers who wants to have lower heat from hydration, and higher compressive strengths than CEM I type. Adding natural puzzolanas into our products makes our cement more impermeable and workable.

EN 197–1:2000 CEM IV / B (P) 32,5 N type has 28 days compressive strength about 40 N/mm2 which is higher than its rivals.

Our cements are presented to our customers in 50 kg kraft bags, 1500 kg big-bags/sling bags or as bulk.

The fundamental target about product quality of AS CEMENT is to have maximum customer satisfaction with protecting quality continuity and to face the Standards with developing them in favor of customers.
