Product: Pozzolanic Cement

Product Description

This product is obtained by adding mineral additives (pozzolanic materials) in proportions defined by standards (maximum 20%) and Portland cement clinker. It is then ground with a specific amount of setting regulator (gypsum). When mixed with water, it hardens and gains strength. In general, it can be used in all applications where Portland cement is used.

Compared to Portland cement, it has a relatively lower hydration temperature. It is suitable for concrete works in aggressive environments containing ions such as sulfates and/or chlorides.
